“We Don’t Truly Know People Until They Tell Us Their Stories”

The death of the body is a certainty — yet humanity has not mastered the challenge of separation. For me, this has been one of the defining lessons of this lifetime.

I chose to incarnate into a multicultural family to remember that we are, first and foremost, souls inhabiting bodies. Born in the mid-seventies, I carry the heritage of West Africa, Western Europe, Native South America, and South-East Asia.

In my late teens, I would sit on a bench, smiling at strangers and sharing my light with passers-by. Some responded; others seemed wrapped in a dense, dark energy I couldn’t reach. I remember silently wishing to touch them too — to reach those who felt unreachable. A question rose within me: “Are you sure?” followed by a warning: “You will not like the experiences required to get you there.” My response was a lighthearted “I don’t care, as long as I can reach them.”

I didn’t know then how true the saying “Be careful what you wish for” really is. Wishes are answered — though not always as we expect.

My journey since has felt like a descent into hell and back. To help others trapped in darkness, I first had to understand darkness myself. Each challenge drew me deeper into the shadows, where I had to find my own way back to the light. My intuition — my spirit guides — became my lifeline, sending me insights, people, and messages at exactly the right time.

The tools and pathways I discovered for myself, I now share with others so they too can free themselves from dark places and return to the light. This journey began in deep grief and led to my spiritual awakening through intuition and an Ayahuasca experience.

It is what prepared me to work as a facilitator of quantum healing (BQH and QHHT) and regressive memory exploration — and my personal favorite: facilitating real-time spiritual conversations through channeling.

In daily life, I am also a self-employed food safety consultant and auditor (www.soubalt.com), a role that has grounded me in the material world while navigating my own battles.

My hope is that what I’ve learned will help more people than I could before — including those who suffer as my sister once did.
