The death of the body is a certainty, so why haven’t we yet mastered this challenging separation? This mastery seems to be one of the challenges I set for myself for this incarnation.

I chose a multicultural family to incarnate to remember that we are all souls in bodies. I joined the human experience in the mid-seventies, and have got genes from West Africa, Western Europe, Native South American, and South East Asia.

In my late teens, while sitting on a bench watching people passing by and sharing my light with some of them through smiles. There were a few I could not reach through as they were wrapped in a thick layer of dark energy. I remember wishing to be able to reach them too, and sensing the question “Are you sure”? And the comment “You will not like the experiences required to get you there”. And I remember thinking lightly “I do not care. As long as I am able to reach through these ones as well”.

If only I knew. The old say “beware of what you wish for” is a real warning. As we definitely get our wishes answered, though not necessarily through the way we expect.

My journey feels like having been to hell and back, as in other to help people in hell, I needed to understand hell and uncover ways to get out from it. So, I felt the full blow of each challenge I went through from there, sinking into the darkest places they could take me. And I had to find my way back from there, with the help of my intuitions, being my spirit guides guiding me through material and messengers put on my path.

These ways I uncovered for me to come back, I share with others so them too can break free from their dark places, and return to the light.

It’s been hell, though I’m glad to have uncovered these few ways. And I wish they will help more people than I could before, including people that are suffering as my sister did.

It all started with deep grief and my soul’s awakening through intuitions and an Ayahuasca experience, to help me become a quantum healings, regressive memories and spirits messages facilitator.

In everyday life, I am a self-employed food safety consultant / auditor (www.soubalt.com) and work has been my anchor into the 3D life, while going through these battles.
